- 18 years of data science or analytics experience in technical organizations and experience in online marketplaces.
- 10 years of experience leading and growing teams within strategy, data science, or analytics functions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- Experience working across Software Engineering, Product Management, and User Experience Design/Research teams, to frame and interpret sophisticated analyses to inform product, marketing, or business strategy.
- Experience in a role that combines complex analysis along with regular executive communications of key insights and recommendations.
- Excellent problem solving and strategy skills, including expansive opportunity identification, data-driven segmentation, and framing of complex/ambiguous problems.
