About the Role
As our Growth Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in defining and executing strategies for eater acquisition, retention, and engagement in one of Latin America's major regions. You’ll collaborate closely with local teams to align on strategies and with the broader Operations team to leverage insights and tools effectively.
This position requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, strong execution, and the ability to work seamlessly with a team of Operations Managers.
What You'll Do:
- Strategy: Develop and own a comprehensive roadmap to boost acquisition, engagement, and loyalty for Uber Eats
- Develop & Optimize Processes: Scale new and existing processes to support efficient business operations and growth
- Budget Management: Manage promotions budget effectively to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Product Improvement: Identify and advocate for new features that enhance the customer experience on Uber Eats. Collaborate with central teams to prioritize and localize new product rollouts
- Stakeholder Management & Teamwork: Build and nurture positive relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Community Operations, Policy, Communication, Legal) to support long-term growth and establish a global network
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience solving complex analytical problems, including experience in business consulting, investment banking, or other fast-paced environments, with at least one year of experience leading a team to achieve outstanding results
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with experience in data-based decision-making and effective communication across diverse teams
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with other databases is a plus
- Comfortable learning and using new software tools (e.g., SQL, Python)
