Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain sales support systems, processes, and tools required to achieve rapid business growth, revenue attainment, and market development objectives
- Support sales forecasting, planning, and operations processes within the Partner organization
- Provide day to day visibility to leaders on pipeline & sales progress, gaps, & challenge to plan,ensuring insights contribute to actionable decisions
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s overall planning & operations related efforts
- Drive strategic projects into the execution phase, partnering with teams across the organization
- Plan and execute the tactical elements of sales to develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: sales model/processes/methodologies,coverage model, lead generation management, departmental communications
- Drive and manage forums for check-ins with product teams, stakeholders, executive leadership and strategic partners
- Assess, scope, and position key transformational efforts to drive the changes needed to achieve business goals
- Support and validate definition and execution of sales compensation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of strong consulting, Rev/Sales Ops, operations, strategic finance or strategy experience preferred
- Industry expertise in payments and / or technology preferred
- Excellent creative and analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail-oriented work
- Bias for action, but not without appropriate thoughtfulness
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), including sales process management and reporting fluency
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Strong background in process improvement and strategic planning to support the scaling of sales organizations
- Expertise in interpreting complex metrics, generating actionable insights, and enabling data-informed decision-making across multiple business units

The US national annual pay range for this role is $109,000 to $156,200
