- - A technical degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience in an IT related field.
- - 3+ years of experience managing people in a technical environment.
- - 3+ years experience in participating in on-call rotations, and providing after-hours support in an environment that operates 24/7
- - 3+ years of experience with Networking, or Computer hardware.

- - 4+ years of previous Data Center Operations experience (racking & stacking devices, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment knowledge).
- - Experience with troubleshooting server devices and understanding key functions of internal outer components.
- - High level knowledge of Linux systems administration and Project Management experience
- - BICSI testing and troubleshooting of both copper and optical fiber installations
