YourResponsibilities willbe to:

• Formulate the testing flow for Surface-mount technology & Printed Circuit Board assemblies

• Preventive maintenance and problem solving on the ICT, FCT and Flying Probe

• Writing technical documentation such as SOP, WI, MSI, PFMEA etc.

• Responsible for ICT/ FCT Jig and Fixture design

• Providing the cost and process evaluation of the new projects

• Managing the Change Testing process (CRRN)

• Reporting from the line of responsibility

• Participating in design new EOL line (layout, machines, automatization, etc…)

Our requirements:

• BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Several years of relevant professional experience in similar positions

• Familiarity with Surface-mount technology & Printed Circuit Board assembly process

• Knowledge of IPC-610 standard, MSD control, ESD control, CPK, 6-sigma - DMAIC and SPC

• Solid hand-on experience on ICT & FCT

• Software skills in Labview, MES, Protel AD9, C++, C#, C or Solidworks would be an asset

• Good technical English language skills: spoken and written

• Experience in writing programs for communication, measurement or collect data would be an asset

• High attention to detail and proficient analytical skills
