As a Business Analyst, you will help develop an analytic platform to drive deep dives, provide insights into the health and state of the Launchpad program. You will build dashboards and reports that support both retrospective and proactive reporting for the program.You will own the design, creation, and management of large datasets. You will interact with internal program and product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, structure scalable and performant data solutions, and gain a deep understanding of key datasets.Key job responsibilities* Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
* Define the business problem and solution approach autonomously with limited guidance.
* Proactively identify opportunity areas for deep dive investigations and future program development.
* Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights.
* Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making
Mentorship & Career Growth

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
