In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Should be specialized in playing the role of an architect connecting various business processes and requirements across the project bringing in leading practices. Operational efficiencies throughout an engagement.
• Work as a solution architect for large transformation.
• understand end to end business requirement.
• provide architecture, process optimization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Should have developer background with frontend + Backend development experience. Java (core, J2EE) (need not be coding now).
• Good understanding of Database (types and patterns) good understanding of when to use which database.
• Understanding/experience building/working with SQL/NoSQL DB – RDBMS/Unstructured data types.
• Worked with business stakeholder + Operations – Lead/Chief Architect who have worked on complete lifecycle of a complex program.
• Strategy to building technical governance and controls and working closely with the development and operations clearly providing proactive reporting to business stakeholders on the business value achieved from each program.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Very good articulation of business to technology content. Should be able to effectively communicate depending upon the stakeholder skill/capability background.
• Very proactive/active persona who will meet and connect/bridge between business and technology team.
• Must have Banking/FSS Industry/domain knowledge.
