Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in System on a chip (SoC) manufacturing development and production ramp.
Experience of managing production relationships with foundry, OSAT’s, equipment and turnkey chip suppliers.
Experience working with semiconductor fabrication technologies, yield analysis, process lifecycles and driving cost and quality initiatives in production.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
Experience with wafer probe cards, ATE hardware, and managing suppliers for development and bring-up.
Experience across all test insertions (chip probe, final test/SLT) to finished goods, and in foundry/OSAT operation management, including driving yield improvements, flow optimization, and equipment loss resolution.
Knowledge of probability, statistical fundamentals, and system-level testing.
Ability to use SPC and apply AI/ML techniques to leverage test data for HVM process optimizations.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships.
