Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain standardized reporting to ensure reliable, and consistent information across the department, enabling better management and decision-making.
• Perform data analysis and governance requirements
• Assist team members with data collection, organization, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of research findings.
• Help provide comprehensive work effort reporting and analysis.
• Help prepare regular updates for senior management on the work effort status.
• Gather details to provide updates for senior management decision-making process in alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform data analysis for various reengineering initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement data management, workflows, and best practices to optimize processes and efficiency.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of teams and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experiencein a large complex and/or global environment.
• Experience in management reporting and process improvement.
• Good analytical skills to evaluate complex activities and processes.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics tools: Excel, PowerBI and Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage at the senior management level.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-starter who is a quick learner of new tools and technologies.

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
