Working within the Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) IT team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Oracle Lease & Finance Management (OLFM) application and associated ecosystem and interfaces.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Product Manager for the OLFM application which is used in Germany, UK, France, and Italy. Responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with the Monthly and Quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reviews.
- Participation in the Internal and External Audits within the German legal entity.
- Ensure that the outsourced Infrastructure provider (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)) adheres to the GEHC policies and procedures related to Vulnerability Management
- Ownership of the Security, Risk and Compliance activities for OLFM
- Ensure annual Disaster Recovery (DR) is completed in adherence to requested RPO and RTO measures.
- Management of a team of contractors that manage the day-to-day operations of the application.
- Management of the relationship with OCI specifically for incident resolution.
- Management of the relationship with GEHC DBA team
- Management of the relationship with Oracle for incident support and product enhancement
- Understand and react to any changes required because of the TSA Exits from GE Corporate.
- You will be the support owner of the day-to-day IT operations of OLFM and respond to any incidents raised by the business users.
- You will provide proactive recommendations of OKL application patches provided by Oracle and understand benefits and/or challenges with them.
- When appropriate you will collaborate with business and functional owners to define and document new requirements, works with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Makes sure project management practices are followed and improved as needed.
- When appropriate you will be responsible for the establishment of test plans and overseeing and contributing to hands-on execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant years IT experience
- Strong business analysis background or functional experience in Lease booking and servicing domain.
- Experience in working with development teams and architecting technical solutions and interfaces.
- Proven experience in OLFM
