Key responsibilities

• Anthem Integrated Maintenance System functionality design, development, and testing
• Requirements definition, design and analysis of system/software used for fault reporting, fault isolation, and fault consolidation across Anthem integrated avionics and its various subsystems
• System integration
• System validation & verification
• Work with other systems/software engineers during developing and integrating solutions for Honeywell Anthem product as well as for Honeywell customers
• Drive mentoring, coaching, training, and developing other engineers
• Respect and follow all requirements and other internal Honeywell procedures and processes
• Collaboration with domestic and international teams and customers including possible ground or flight test activities

Key skills and qualifications

• Engineering or Computer Science degree
• 4+ years of experience working within system design or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (ARP-4754 familiarity is an advantage)
• Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
• Knowledge of how to write a clear, concise requirement that can be effectively validated and verified, and meets certification requirements
• Knowledge of Database SW, C++ or any scripting language (e.g., Python) is an advantage
