As a People Analytics BI Developer, you’ll leverage your expertise in Oracle SQL and Tableau to transform data into meaningful insights, enabling the organization to explore “the art of the possible.” You’ll collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions, translating complex datasets into intuitive dashboards that drive decision-making.In this role, you’ll:Organize, clean, and transform data using SQL for Tableau integration.
Develop interactive dashboards, empowering users to explore their data.
Troubleshoot, innovate, and enhance existing reporting solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Performs SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise
• Leads enterprise-wide applications projects and/or programs within PayPal with moderate scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
• Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
• May act as an enterprise systems resource for entry level and developing colleagues

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Data Visualization Tools : Expertise in Oracle SQL and Tableau, with a strong ability to design and deliver impactful dashboards. Familiarity with other tools like Power BI is a plus.

• Adaptability and Problem Solving : Comfort working in fast-paced environments with uncertainty and rapidly changing priorities, combined with the ability to troubleshoot and develop scalable, reusable solutions.

• Adopting AI and Advanced Analytics : A forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI and machine learning tools to enhance data analysis and visualization, boosting efficiency and uncovering deeper insights.

• Business Acumen and Communication Skills : Ability to translate complex business needs into innovative technical solutions while engaging stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.

• Global Collaboration : Proven experience working effectively across time zones and with diverse teams, fostering communication and aligning solutions to global business goals.
