As a Senior in Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting clients through financial and operational restructuring, turnaround strategies, and crisis management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic decision-making, and help organizations stabilize and transform during periods of disruption.
Key responsibilities
- Support clients in evaluating capital options, improving liquidity, and achieving strategic objectives in distressed or underperforming situations;
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including Independent Business Reviews (IBR), cash flow forecasting, and liquidity assessments;
- Assist in planning and executing restructuring engagements, including stakeholder management and negotiation support;
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for clients;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Transaction Strategy, Debt Advisory, and M&A
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and client meetings;
- Actively participate in practice development initiatives to strengthen EY-Parthenon’s TRS offering.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields;
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, restructuring, or insolvency;
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and liquidity analysis;
- Full proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
