Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the product management team to define product strategy and roadmap.
2. Conduct detailed product analysis, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
3. Develop and maintain complex data models to inform product decisions.
4. Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
5. Present analytical findings to the product team and executive leadership in a clear and actionable way.
6. Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from inception to launch and growth.

Required Skills:

1. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of underlying mathematical tools.
2. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Product Analyst in a product company.
2. Experience in taking products from inception to launch and growth.
3. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
4. Self-motivated and highly driven to succeed.

Reporting Structure:

The Product Analyst will report directly to the VP of Product.
