Senior Product Manager

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience in product management, or related experience; OR 7 years of experience in product management, or related experience.

Must have experience with: Implementing the agile product lifecycle management methodology in product development; Crafting a product vision, developing a product strategy, and establishing a product roadmap to enhance stakeholder understanding and providing a clear project execution guide; Performing market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into user and customer requirements, exploring potential solution concepts, uncovering business prospects, and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors; Composing technical requirements and frontend/backend user stories aligned with business use cases, and actively cooperating with the engineering team to steer the software development process; Executing product and feature testing to ensure quality assurance and fulfilling stakeholder expectations; Establishing product metrics for assessing the performance of products and features, as well as identifying their impact on the business; Performing data analysis and visualization for reporting, comprehending the business impact, and pinpointing areas of opportunity; Leveraging user experience and designing expertise to craft user-friendly products for customers; Applying API development to facilitate data sharing among diverse applications; Leveraging a robust grasp of backend systems to assess the ease or complexity of product/feature development and providing guidance to engineering in product discovery and development, particularly regarding scalability, performance, and integrations; Utilizing prioritization frameworks to analyze and pinpoint products/features for engineering development based on the calculation of their business impact; and Utilizing SQL to generate reports and extracting data from databases.
