About The Role
You’ll join our Design team based in our headquarters, in Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Spearhead the monday.com brand, creating and implementing our guidelines for each project.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Content, HR and Design teams to work on inspirational projects that will make a global impact.
- Take ownership of each project from the initiation stages to completion.
- Design materials for events, landing pages, print assets, internal branding, conferences, company swag, and more!
- Multitask on several projects at a time, and keep smiling even under pressure.
- Develop a smooth user experience with a high-end look and feel
Your Experience & Skills
- A strong online design portfolio that shows experience as a print & digital designer, as well as helping establish brand identity
- 2-3 years of experience in branding and online design
- In-depth knowledge and skill in both brand design and image creation for traditional, digital, and motion applications
- Deep understanding of the Adobe Suite of programs
- Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or any other related field
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Great personality and social skills
