- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
- Experience in Design for Reliability (DfR) for new product developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
- Certified Reliability Engineer (ASQ or TUV).Python for Data science is plus.
- Experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role
- Develop engineering, design, and production verification test objectives based on the identified reliability risks and failure modes.
- Proficient in reliability engineering principles, methods, and tools (e.g., Reliability prediction, FMEA, DOE, Weibull analysis)
- Proven experience of manufacturing processes and their impact on product reliability
- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures

- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute design for reliability process for product design from concept to production
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field Certified Reliability Engineer (ASQ or TUV).
- Experience in the product development and manufacturing process.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, JMP and Weibull++)
- Experience with Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R) development
- Knowledge of python coding for Weibull analysis and other reliability analytics
