Job Summary:

The team provides support for our US Consumer Bank branch business through First Line of Defense analytics, control strategy formulation, and audit analytics. The role is expected to own transformation agenda of Branch Monitoring & Analytics and drive change management across all functions of Branch Monitoring. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and attention to detail on the expected outcome of the transformation book of work and influence stakeholders in driving change at an organizational level

Job Responsibilities:

1. 12+ years of experience in Transformation and Change Management capability driving analytics and automation agenda in a Techno-Functional role.

2. Experience in banking operations analytics is a plus

3. Strong interpersonal skills in traversing the organization from analysts to senior stakeholders

4. Strong technical expertise in building and deploying automation, data transformation and data visualization solutions

5. Assess current state and build transformation proposals\framework for future state. Align with stakeholder and work with internal teams to deliver the vision

6. Good exposure to SAS, AWS, Python, Tableau, Alteryx and storytelling skills

7. Attention to detail and strong project management along with documentation skills

8. Ability to enforce product management mindset in the solutions delivered as part of the transformation efforts. Define MVPs for the solutions and plan for future iterations

9. Have strong data architecture and data management skills. Build reusable datasets for Branch Monitoring in partnership with data engineering teams
