As one of our Employee Relations Advisors, you will support a high-performance culture by working closely with the business in managing employee relations matters such as probation and performance management, ill-health, and provide advice and guidance to leaders throughout the business.
You will work with a highly collaborative and agile team with extensive and vast knowledge and experience. No one day is the same and you will continually be challenged to think outside the box and build a growth mindset.
You will also work on projects when required that align with Talent priorities such as legislative changes and continuous improvement processes. In addition, you will:
- Provide consistent, best practice, and commercially sound employee relations advice, balancing the relevant risks
- Empower stakeholders by enhancing their employee relations capabilities, boosting the confidence, effectiveness, and accountability of our People Leaders
- Supporting ER Managers with complex employee relations matters such as restructures and redundancies, investigations, and disciplinary matters
- Contribute to the delivery of Talent and ER Strategic Priorities and continuous improvement projects by collaborating with the team to identify and complete required projects
- Maintain work life balance with hybrid working

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor with experience in employee relations case management
- Ability to balance a number of competing priorities whilst maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex issues
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
