This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.Recovery Planning requires a bank to establish quantitative or qualitative indicators of risk and severe stress triggers, a range of credible recovery options, and impact assessments of each option.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead development of Recovery and Resolution strategies
o Work closely with Asset & Liability Management to develop a resolution scenario and strategy for recovery and resolution
o Assess objects of sale and objects of shutdown
Overview of each area
Virtual Data Room materials including development of financial and data tapes
o Understand the bankruptcy and other steps that need to occur in a resolution scenario
• Develop a strategy to test PNC’s capabilities to exercise all resolutions actions that would be required by PNC (assurance testing)
o Develop a framework that includes testing strategy – frequency, elements, etc
o Develop execution plans for the framework above• Partner with ALM to complete Recovery plan scenario and required updates
