Support the design and implementation of ERG program workflows thatleveragetechnology to deliver an efficient and seamless employee experience across belonging and professional development initiatives.

Help gather ERG program requirements and outcome measurements from stakeholders and support the translation of these into engaging and effective employee experiences that drive belonging and impact.
Provide operational support for go-to-market plans for ERG operation programs, coordinating with key stakeholders including ERG leaders to ensure seamless program execution.
Track andmaintainERG program metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption,assistin collecting and analyzing employee feedback, and support reporting to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Talent & Belonging strategy.
