In this job, you will support the day-to-day operations and tactical execution of the Employee Resource Groups program (ERG) under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Talent & Belonging Strategy and Operations. You will assist in implementing the latest trends and technologies to optimize Employee Resource Groups workflows. You will help create comprehensive ERG program enablement tools, assist in developing training materials, and support global ERG program operations efforts. Additionally, you will help execute innovative ERG program initiatives, coordinate with business leaders, ERG leaders, and subject matter experts, and provide operational support to ensure successful ERG engagement tools and processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop talent and performance programs that leverage technology to deliver an efficient and seamless employee experience.
  • Create comprehensive talent and performance program enablement tools and materials, aligning with program objectives and providing employees with clear, actionable guidance.
  • Assist in gathering talent and performance program requirements and outcome measurements from stakeholders and help translate them into engaging and effective employee experiences.
  • Lead the execution of go-to-market plans for talent and performance programs, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless and successful program launches.
  • Develop and track talent and performance program metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption, and collect and analyze employee feedback, to ensure continuous improvement

Expected Qualifications:

  • 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Support the design and implementation of ERG program workflows thatleveragetechnology to deliver an efficient and seamless employee experience across belonging and professional development initiatives.

  • in creating comprehensive ERG program enablement tools and materials, following strategicguidanceand providing ERG leaders and members with clear, actionable resources.

  • Help gather ERG program requirements and outcome measurements from stakeholders and support the translation of these into engaging and effective employee experiences that drive belonging and impact.

  • Provide operational support for go-to-market plans for ERG operation programs, coordinating with key stakeholders including ERG leaders to ensure seamless program execution.

  • Track andmaintainERG program metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption,assistin collecting and analyzing employee feedback, and support reporting to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Talent & Belonging strategy.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $69,000 to $113,850
