Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in an Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role, employee relations role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law, workplace investigator, or similar role with experience in interpreting policies and applying legal advice.
Experience in consulting with employees and management.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations and performance issues.
Ability to manage a wide set of stakeholders and influence the outcomes in a global organisation.
Ability to manage global projects, and to organize and analyze data.
Ability to work across different identities and apply an intersectional lens in daily work and interactions, and diffuse/de-escalate difficult conversations and situations.
Excellent investigation, interview techniques, influencing, writing, project management, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to support client relationship management in this region.
