In this role, you’re expected:
- Responsibility for collecting data, calculation and risk assessment of capacity plan for respective business lines and locations
- Running case volume analytics and forecasting model along with associated tools development, reporting and leading regional forums
- Running capacity models and periodic capacity reviews for entrusted functions, partnering with function leads and driving credible challenge to strengthen business plans
- Conducting analyses and running complex analytical assignments across multiple functions, under tight timelines, and high exposure
- Running regional forums and collaborating with senior stakeholders with confidence, excellent communications and influencing at Senior Management level, including communication of unwelcome messages and proactive engagement, across multiple geographies, cultures and time zones
- Actively participate in building Global Capacity Planning strategy including standardization of capacity planning models and tools across various AML functions
- Assist team lead to collaborate with Audit functions in terms of providing respective Capacity Planning evidence during regular reviews and upon request
- Be the back-up of team lead for business related matters
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices, evolving methods and tools in the capacity planning and volume forecasting area
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- 2+ years equivalent relevant experience in capacity planning
- Experience with MS Excel/Access tools development
- Very good knowledge of English; verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of reporting systems
- The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Must have intellectual curiosity and a willingness to delve into a problem and understand the root cause
