- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in C++.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role (technical leadership or people management, supervision, or team leadership).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience in client-side development (desktop, Android, iOS, or similar) with interest in learning client-side development.
- Experience building user-facing features and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
