Achieve sales goals by providing sales coverage independent of assigned accounts or within the assigned territory. A position intended for individuals with sales experience who have demonstrated effective use of sales skills and have consistently met or exceeded forecasts over an extended period of time. Mainly, he manages the sales territory with regular supervision and support. If necessary, request or receive help to manage situations that require greater or different experience or expertise, as needed.
The impact you'll have in this role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed the objectives established in the western area of Mexico. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

  • Identify and attract new customers in priority segments.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Make presentations of products and services, highlighting their advantages and benefits.

  • Advise customers on the installation of vinyl and other graphic products, providing technical support when required. Using and leveraging CRM.

  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market forecasts to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.

  • Travel within the western area of Mexico as needed to visit customers and prospects.



To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor´s Degree.

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the graphics and vinyl installation market.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Expertise: Experience in fleet segments, and illuminated signs, key accounts and converters.

  • Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team.

  • Availability to Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the western area of Mexico.

  • Valid driver's license

  • Intermediate-advanced English.

  • Teamwork

  • Proactive

  • Assertive communication
