About the Role
Thewill provide consultancy and engineering services within the Water market in WA, across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves leading the mechanical design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects and managing moderately complex projects. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior staff and fostering strong client relationships to support the growth of our water operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality mechanical engineering designs and consultancy services independently.
Prepare and submit bids, and assist section leaders and project managers in delivering financially successful projects.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients in both the public and private sectors.
Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Mentor junior staff and facilitate their technical development to meet market needs.
Support growth through the adoption of emerging technologies, including digital solutions.
Promote a safety culture within the organization and with clients.
Attend client meetings to understand and maintain strong client relationships.
