Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
3 years of experience in people management.

Master's degree or PhD.
Experience in partnership with technical and non-technical executive cross-functional stakeholders.
Understanding of the current and evolving landscape of security and insider risk for technology companies.
Strong leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global team environment.
Track record of delivering business impact at scale, navigating ambiguity and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional partner teams, including ability to influence diverse audiences and technical partners at all levels of the organization.
Passionate about developing teams and providing leadership to both formal and indirect reports.
