Honeywell Lean Specialist HOS Technician

You will report directly to our HOS Lead and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact cost savings, improved quality, and increased customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities, ultimately leading to a more agile and competitive organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) within the organization

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

• Responsible of documentation and standardize processes

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodology tools through Kaizen events, such as: VSM (Value stream map), 5S, Visual management, Standardized work, Materials management system (Kanban, POU, Heijunka), SMED and TPM.

• Ensure the standardization of processes throughout the site in accordance company standards.

• Deploy of activities to support the Lean Daily Management and 5S system.

• Training to new hires on the Lean systems and continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Experience in implementing continuous improvement ideas

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

• English Level – Intermediate (read and written)

• LEAN Manufacturing (Value Stream Mapping, Lean Finance, Kaizen Execution, Standard Work, Visual Management, TPM, OEE, SMED, A3 Problem Solving, etc.)
