Your impact
As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will:
- Lead the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and modeling methodologies across project lifecycles.
- Support project quality assurance, BIM best practices, and lessons learned documentation.
- Monitor contractor compliance with BIM Execution Plans, CDE protocols, and ISO 19650 standards.
- Review QA/QC submissions and ensure BIM model accuracy for shop drawing generation.
- Manage and maintain federated models and associated data (MIDP, TIDP, IFC, NWC, etc.).
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and track issues using platforms like BIM Track.
- Ensure LOD/LOIN deliverables meet project stage requirements, including COBie and 4D outputs.
- Provide BIM training and technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Promote automation and interoperability between BIM and engineering analysis tools.
- Stay current with BIM trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
