to lead discussion & actions to pushthru site display, paid media, mechanism design & pricing and stock optimization.

- Manage and lead the internal/external OS site merchandising team in overall merchandise planning, product prioritization, data integration, sales analysis, and support store managers in achieving sales targets.
- Tailor product display plans and selection strategies for each store according to their positioning within the OS ecosystem.
- As the product contact window for OS team, providing insights & feedback for allocation, replenishment, reorder, pricing to digital buying & trading team.
- Assist store manager in monitoring key product metrics, including GMV, MD, ASP, and STR, during daily operations, and provide recommendations for optimization based on product strategy.
- Based on the focus of new products and campaigns, arrange product displays at key homepage touchpoints and organize product categories on the PLP, to enhance conversion rate.
- Establish a product plan for OS stores for Mega Event, collaborate with store managers to define product structure, and participate in decision-making regarding promotional mechanisms and affiliate product selection. Adjust key product highlights based on daily sales to support business achievement.
- Collaborate with Digital Hub team to optimize all product-related features, assisting the PO team in enhancing search and PLP display arrangements based on product.
- Oversee product-related data and report automation with the digital hub team and enhance the efficiency and utilization of data.
- Work with Ops to drive better product category publishing, title SEO and manage TP to execute the constant optimization.
- Support the Marketing team in enhancing media efficiency and provide recommendations for product selection.

- Good knowledge of all ecommerce channels/online marketing
- Strong analytical skills and fact based orientation in decision making

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+year experience in merchandising & in-season trading;
- preferably with a background in sportingindustry& Retail
- eCommerce background is a plus
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Fluent Business English
