As a Senior Manager, Major Accounts, you will:
- Coach Account Managers to develop plans, achieve goals and exceed quotas.
- Guide and motivate the major account managers to meet business objectives and ensure success of activities in the named territories.
- Represent and articulate Fortinet externally in enterprise accounts.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
- Manage effective working relationships and cross collaborate with other Pre sales and Channel teams including Consulting Professionals.
- Ensure strong pipeline and activities in sales opportunities. Consistently build plans and work with the Country lead on forecasts and pipeline delivery.
- Drive new sales initiatives and new account penetration in the enterprise segment.
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals with varying degrees of experience.

- Bachelor's degree (with equivalent work experience).
- Min 8-10 years’ technology selling and sales leadership experience.
- Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers.
- Experience in the network security business will be a huge advantage.
- Proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
- Experience in closing large deals.
- Selling experience must include one of the followings: 1) Firewall/Core Security, 2) Cloud/End Point Security 3) NAC/EDR Security.
