- Manage the procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of marketing, services and facilities-related goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide procurement support, including sourcing, purchase order management, and vendor performance evaluation.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier/vendor information, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors, conduct due diligence, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for marketing, services and facilities aligning with organizational goals and budgetary requirements.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Work closely with the legal team to review contracts, mitigate risks, and ensure contractual compliance and adherence to legal standards.
- Conduct regular supplier/vendor assessments, performance reviews, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the procurement process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and innovations in procurement to enhance the organization's procurement capabilities.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in procurement or purchasing roles, specifically in sourcing marketing, services and facilities-related activities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier/vendor evaluation methodologies.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for sourcing, contract management, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to procurement activities.
