Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture / architectural design.
Expected skills:
- Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, and Enscape would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills to work closely with a collaborative team and all stakeholders during all the stages of the project.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of building codes, design regulations and standards.
- Candidates must have a creative bent of mind and problem identifying and solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities and evolving project requirements.
- Attention to detail and excellent in drawing works.
Those shortlisted for the interview stage must be able to present their works portfolio with latest works included.
Specific roles and responsibilities of each position will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
