What you’ll achieve


As a Software Engineer,you willwork with a diverse group of developers and designers to deliver creative new technology into Dell's Enterprise customer environments. You will be a key contributor in a small group of developers building a new functionality across some of Dells premier Kubernetes platforms. You will be responsible for developing a new software solution based on business needs and goals. Together, we will raise the bar with Dell’s service engagement in demanding customer environments.


You will

  • Contribute to the design of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
  • Review and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies for complex software products and systems/for storage products and systems

Essential Requirements

  • A BE/ME degree in ECE, CE, CS with 2-4 Years of industry experience, 1 Years+ Golang experience.
  • Excellent coding and debugging skills. Solid computer science and engineering knowledge in computer architecture, distributed systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and break down larger software features into smaller stories. Experiencing identifying and escalating risks / issues, and work with engineering management to overcome them.
  • Understanding of modern software development processes including test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous testing and deployment.
  • Capacity to achieve proficiency of new tools, languages and operating systems with training and on-the-job experience.


Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with modern software development tools, including GitHub.
  • Effective English communication ability through presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
