As a Strategic Account Manager you will lead the end to end business on one of our Strategic Accounts in the Telco Industry. You will work with our Client to understand the strategic vision and requirements, envision what’s possible with state of art technology, and deliver success as well as assure the business performance.
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Telco, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education) driving digital transformation with Global/ Strategic Enterprise Accounts.
Preffered Flemish or French fluency, and English mandatory.
Experience on driving digital transformation in big enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
• Accelerate customer satisfaction and model executive engagements with business decision makers and C-Level executives.
• Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution.
• You will lead partnership across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft.
