- Performing maintenance and inspections
- Manufacturing components and assemblies
- Manufacturing spare parts using various production processes
- Optimizing manufacturing processes

- Good technical college entrance qualification desirable
- Enjoying mathematics and natural sciences
- Technical understanding and interest
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
