Job Description:
In your day-to-day, you will-
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the MEA region, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives.
- Enhance brand positioning and visibility through integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead performance marketing, content strategy, and digital initiatives to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with strategic partners (banks, PSPs, marketplaces) and enterprise merchants to develop joint marketing initiatives that increase adoption and usage.
- Implement targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the region.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, track ROI, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
What you need to bring-
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or e-commerce industries.
- Proven track record in developing and executing regional marketing strategies in MEA.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with strong digital, performance marketing, and brand management expertise.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Data-driven mindset with marketing analytics, CRM tools, and performance measurement expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
