What you'll be doing
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets by delivering value-driven solutions through Unity licenses and services to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities, building a robust pipeline of ideal Unity customer profiles across diverse industries.
  • Lead outbound sales efforts to drive adoption of Unity’s real-time 3D engine and services, showcasing the transformative potential of our technology.
  • Become a trusted expert in Unity’s product ecosystem, effectively presenting solutions to stakeholders of all levels, from artists and developers to executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Unity’s mission of empowering creators and driving innovation in real-time 3D.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a direct quota-carrying sales role, with a strong track record of consistently exceeding a $2M+ annual sales quota.
  • Expertise in SaaS sales, with the ability to present and sell sophisticated software solutions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • Ability to adapt sales conversations dynamically, addressing the unique needs of customers at all organizational levels.
  • Strong commitment to accurately tracking and managing all client engagement and sales activities through CRM tools.
  • A well-established network of key IT decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders in the Middle East region, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.
You might also have
  • Experience in selling real-time 3D software, engineering software, or middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer engagement.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market dynamics, including cultural and business nuances.
  • A passion for technology and its ability to transform industries and empower creators.

This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English.
