The SADC region consists of the following :Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Eswatini, Lesotho, DRC, Angola, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Madagascar, Seychelles.
role ismainlyfocusingound the following:
- Leading the Alliance management operations: Financial forecasting, Inventory management, Data, Reporting, Governance, CRM, Digital integration, Contracting, Pricing, Projects, Promotional oversight and management.
- Leading the in-market DistributorOperations:FinancialForecasting,Inventory,Workingcapital, Projects.
- Pricing:Guide the team to develop the pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit for the organization.
- Tender Management: Leads the preparation of bids and tenders to national, regional or local governments, including private market tenders, and ensures that the organization's bids are fully compliant.
- Leading the CTE & Institutional KAM team: Managinginmarket salesespeciallyintopaccount,leadingCTC(KAM) organization,Implementation ofstructuredcommercialprocessesto develop businessin differenttradecustomersetc. (Point of Sales Operations)
- Leading Implementation of Strategy and Projects: Manage the internal team and oversight of Alliance partner resources.
- Financials:Responsibleforeffectiveness &efficiencyofcommercial terms,ensuring propergovernanceandSOPsin place.

- Articulate aclear strategyforthemarketcovering bothretail & publicchannelthatisfocusing oncapturingtrade opportunitieswithclear operational &financialKPIs; switch,availability/distributionandaffordability.
- Active engagement and participation in CFT to mutually develop and deliver marketing strategy for priority franchises and markets.
- Establish CRM integration and digital capability in priority markets.
- Toplevelcommunication skillstoensurecrossfunctionalcollaborationamong differentinternal stakeholders
- Experiencedtradecustomer negotiation skillstoensuretrade negotiationwithtopaccountsaremanagedin a structuredandeffectivemanner.
- Establishanalytics procedurethatevaluates,quantifies,identifiesand prioritizesrevenuegrowth opportunities utilizingexternal &internal dataresourcesand basedon solidresearch data.
- Ensurecontinuous development of histeamtradecompetenciesbyinvestinginlong-term development plansinalignmentwiththelearningand development departmentand toestablish acommercialculture thatwill position the organizationasthecompanythat definesand setsthe standards of howtradeteams should operatewithexternaltradecustomers.

- Trackrecord of strategicandexecutionalcommercialachievementsin acomplextradeenvironment.
- Strong businessandcommercialacumenandleadershipcapabilities.
- Deepexperiencewithexternallyfacing partners/3rd parties
- Highlevel of understanding onmanagingtopaccountsinretailchannelwithclear set ofKPIs.
- Ability to take rapid decision with calculated risks.
- Accustomedtoworkingin a diverseandrapidlychangingworkload, delivering projectsacross severalteams,timelinesandwithin a matrix structure
- Commerciallyastute, proactiveand self-starter
- Analytical skillswithanability tosynthesize data/insights intoactionable businessrecommendations

Oralandrencommunition proficiency in English. French is an added advantage.

RINCE RQURD :
