As an AI Engagement Manager, you would work with a fast-paced organization and define opportunities to solve business problems by combining using Honeywell’s domain expertise and AI capabilities and technologies. You would position them to stakeholders in the context of an overall engagement strategy to drive Data, Machine Learning and AI based solutions.
Track and forecast internal and external trends, identify potential impact and apply domain and industry knowledge to offering development and business line strategy.
Manage inbound and outbound AI opportunities in businesses, identify success criteria and lead clear articulation of milestones and execution plan. Develop/lead cross functional teams to ensure that the offerings meet customer needs, are economically and technically viable and are deliverable.
Conduct VOC, understand customer problems and define value and what is needed for Honeywell to succeed; assess opportunity to use data and AI solutions, define programs to enable value realization. Develop and/or manage the business case including revenue/profitability and business impact estimates. Guide and communicate the design of target solution that is acceptable to the business and is scalable for future integrations or adjacent needs.
Develop costs and trade-offs, start vs. stop vs. enhance decisions/recommendations for products in development to deliver the maximum value from the offering portfolio within agreed development timescales and constraints.
Gather, analyze product feedback, value delivered and determine global implications to provide recommended improvements based on the learnings into future enhancements.
Influence go-to-market recommendations for new products and recommend pricing frameworks. Manage portfolio mix and engage both stakeholders and internal teams to deliver consistent and growing value over short term and long term.
Work with data science leads, technology architects, data engineers to design the solution and present specific milestones and delivery plan.
Build and manage a variety internal or external relationship (e.g. business executives, executive sponsors, delivery teams, etc.) and orchestrate activities between groups to resolve issues and move program forward. Become a trusted partner for all data and AI needs for customers.
Communicate program information and status to the executives and stakeholders, and provide engagement oversight to the program, related projects and tracks of work; Act as internal point of coordination relating to approach and solution and is the primary escalation point.
