Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience with operational support of account planning territory planning and sales pipeline review.
Experience with regionally executing a globally developed sales operations strategy.
Experience providing operational support for sales pipeline process and presenting updates to an executive audience.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting the communication, training, and monitoring of sales operational changes, with a focus on driving adoption and measuring impact.
Experience analyzing sales processes and performance data to provide actionable insights and assess the operational impact of potential changes.
Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of sales process and system changes, including identifying integration points and updates.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
