Clinical Application Specialist, Sleep & Respiratory Care

You are responsible for

• Deliver Clinical Applications Training to customers & distributors.
• Deliver Clinical Case Support for patient treatments to Physicians through our channel partners.
• Implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilization of our devices and applications.
• Document and manage all relevant customer activities within system.
• Host customer site visits at reference sites
• Conduct system testing/ training on-site if required.
• Troubleshoots product issues at customer sites and identifies any product usability issues.
• Communicates customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company.
• Document complaints according to QMS processes
• Support the Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers.
• Represent at trade shows and exhibitions.
• Installs software upgrades When required, set-up, install and test.
• Enable connectivity through Care Orchestrator.
• Establish Care Orchestrator eco system and manage the users.
• Trouble-shoot problems for the customer.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in related disciplines.
• 5 years of Clinical Experience with 3 years as a professional.
• Qualified and valid Sleep technologist (RPSGT) with experience in sleep center or Hospital.
• Good communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills.
• You enjoy interacting with customers and working closely with the sales function with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
