Clinical Application Specialist, Sleep & Respiratory Care
You are responsible for
- Deliver Clinical Applications Training to customers & distributors.
 - Deliver Clinical Case Support for patient treatments to Physicians through our channel partners.
 - Implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilization of our devices and applications.
 - Document and manage all relevant customer activities within system.
 - Host customer site visits at reference sites
 - Conduct system testing/ training on-site if required.
 - Troubleshoots product issues at customer sites and identifies any product usability issues.
 - Communicates customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company.
 - Document complaints according to QMS processes
 - Support the Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers.
 - Represent at trade shows and exhibitions.
 - Installs software upgrades When required, set-up, install and test.
 - Enable connectivity through Care Orchestrator.
 - Establish Care Orchestrator eco system and manage the users.
 - Trouble-shoot problems for the customer.
 
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in related disciplines.
 - 5 years of Clinical Experience with 3 years as a professional.
 - Qualified and valid Sleep technologist (RPSGT) with experience in sleep center or Hospital.
 - Good communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills.
 - You enjoy interacting with customers and working closely with the sales function with a customer-first mindset.
 - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
