• Oversee the entire accounts payable process of several Russian legal entities.
• Ensure that payment runs are scheduled in accordance with the agreed-on calendar and accurately facilitate payments to vendors and employees.
• Ensure that operating procedures and policy documents are followed to achieve compliance with processes.
• Ensures adherence to the Amdocs code of ethics.
• Provide support to vendors and employees’ questions related to payments.
• Ready to play a key role in the company’s implementation of a new ERP system.

• Certified bookkeeper with 2-5 years of relevant experience working in a finance team. • Advanced English language skills.
• (“Priority” system would be an important advantage).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team and possess good communication skills
