As a Business Analyst, you will have a chance to contribute to organizational success by managing critical projects while building your skills in both administrative excellence and business analysis.

Executive Support

  • Manage the calendar of the head of the Corporate Centers, Philippines, schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, organize travel, and coordinate priorities effectively.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials for key meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for key events, Operating Committee and Governing Council meetings, executive off-sites, and senior executive visits.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Collect and reconcile expenses; demonstrating familiarity and competence processing invoices and expense claims while adhering to guidelines.

Project Management and Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the planning and execution of key projects, tracking milestones and deliverables, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment to organizational objectives.
  • Prepare/update Excel or PowerPoint presentations, as requested.
  • Create and analyze data, dashboards and deliver actionable insights to inform decisions.
  • Create, develop and deploy easy to complex reports and reporting tools
  • Effectively manage internal related activities such as meetings and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Communicate professionally with internal individuals at all levels of the organization verbally and through high quality, concise and impactful content.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of business analyst or executive assistant experience, preferably in a large financial services organization.
  • Project management skills to lead an initiative or play a support role on the broader team.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Alterxy and Tableau.
  • Ability to lead and influence without having positional authority.
  • Strong team-orientation, interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop strong internal client relationships remotely.
  • Exceptional communication skills – confident, organized and clear. Can effectively interact with all organizational levels.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and project management methods.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs.
