The HR Business Manager partners with business leaders to deliver strategic human resource solutions that align with organizational goals. This role is responsible for workforce planning, crew relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives and HR program implementation. The position requires expertise in consulting, employee relations and HR strategy development, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with HR policies.
Your key responsibilities
Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
Provide consultation to business leaders on HR strategies and workforce planning.
Lead crew relations cases and provide coaching to crew and managers.
Align business units with global HR policies and programs.
Manage and implement diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Guide on legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
Resolve employee issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.
Deliver key HR reports and data to senior leadership.
Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, including three years in HR consulting.
Master’s degree (MBA) in HR or Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/BBA) in relevant fields or a
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to analyze HR data and provide strategic insights for workforce planning and organizational development.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
