8 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience in executive-level roles.
5 years of experience hiring talent within the APAC region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Client Management and Stakeholder Management, including advising executive leaders (Director/VP level) on strategic talent acquisition.
Experience in innovative sourcing and pipeline building for high-demand, executive-level technical positions in a corporate or executive search environment.
Understanding of various market dynamics and talent pools across key countries (e.g., Singapore, China, Japan and Australia).
Ability as a closer and negotiator with a track record of landing premier technical candidates and managing competitive offers.
Ability to hold credible conversations with executive researchers or engineers about Cloud technologies, or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
