Responsibilities:
- Assist with Marketo administration tasks, including user management, form creation, and cross-platform orchestration. (Opportunity for growth into Marketo Admin responsibilities)
- Manage and maintain the Marketo and Salesforce integration, ensuring accurate and consistent data flow between the two platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data sync issues that arise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Create and manage automated workflows within Marketo to streamline marketing processes.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Marketo features and best practices. (Bonus points for Salesforce knowledge!)
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working with Marketo (within SAAS a plus).
- Strong understanding of Marketo functionalities, including database health, overall platform maintenance, and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce data management (a plus, but not required).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with SDR Operations (Sales Development Representative) a plus.
- A passion for marketing automation and technology.

Hourly rate: $45.00-$55.00
