JobDescription for Sr. Quality Control Engineer

I.Job Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System
- Establish, maintain and improve thequality management system in line with industry standards and companyrequirements to ensure its effective operation.
- Organize the formulation of quality policies and quality objectives, andsupervise their implementation.
1. 质量管理体系
- 建立、维护和完善符合行业标准和公司需求的质量管理体系，确保其有效运行。
- 组织制定质量方针和质量目标，并监督其执行情况。

2. QualityControl
- Develop inspection standards and inspection processes for raw materials,components, semi-finished products and finished products.
- Be responsible for the quality inspection and acceptance of purchasedproducts to ensure the quality of raw materials and components meets therequirements.
- Supervise the quality control during the production process and discover andsolve quality problems in a timely manner.
2. 质量控制
- 制定原材料、零部件、半成品和成品的检验标准和检验流程。
- 负责采购产品的质量检验和验收，确保原材料和零部件的质量符合要求。
- 监督生产过程中的质量控制，及时发现和解决质量问题。

3. QualityImprovement
- Collect and analyze quality data, formulate quality improvement plans andtrack the improvement effects.
- Organize the analysis and handling of quality issues, take preventivemeasures to prevent recurrence of problems.
3. 质量改进
- 收集、分析质量数据，制定质量改进计划，并跟踪改进效果。
- 组织质量问题的分析和处理，采取预防措施，防止问题再次发生。

1. EducationalBackground
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Machinery,Materials Science or related fields.
1. 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、化工机械、材料科学等相关专业。

2. WorkExperience
- Have more than 5 years of quality management experience in the machinery equipment manufacturing industry, has chemical industry equipment quality management experience is preferred

- 2 years and above quality project management experience.

2. 工作经验
- 具有 5 年以上机械设备制造行业质量管理工作经验，有化工行业设备质量管理经验优先。
- 2 年以上质量项目管理经验。

3. Skills
- Be familiar with quality management system standards, such as ISO 9001, etc.
- Have good quality analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Be familiar with the manufacturing processes and inspection standards ofchemical machinery equipment.
- Have strong team management and communication and coordination skills.
- AWS-CWI (American Welding Society-CertifiedWelding Inspector) is preferred.
3. 技能要求
- 熟悉质量管理体系标准，如 ISO 9001 等。
- 具备良好的质量分析和解决问题的能力。
- 熟悉化工机械设备的制造工艺和检验标准。
- 具有较强的团队管理和沟通协调能力。
- 具有AWS-CWI认证 (American Welding Society-Certified Welding Inspector) 优先考虑。
