Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Event Opportunity Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and leveraging potential event opportunities to support our growth and objectives. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic plans to maximize event plan and our presence at events that align with our business goals and target audience.
1. Research and Analysis:
– Conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant industry events, conferences, trade shows, and other opportunities.
– Analyze event profiles, attendee demographics, and market trends to evaluate potential ROI and strategic fit.
– Analyze past event performance based on data analysis to which events we return to and in what capacity.
2. Opportunity Assessment:
– Evaluate event opportunities based on criteria such as audience reach, alignment with brand values, potential partnerships, and competitive landscape.
– Develop a strategic roadmap for event participation, outlining objectives, target outcomes, and resource requirements.
4. Partnership Development:
– Identify and cultivate relationships with event organizers, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
– Negotiate terms of participation, sponsorship opportunities, and promotional activities.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of event strategies.
– Monitor and analyze post-event data to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
6. Innovation and Adaptation:
– Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event marketing.
– Continuously refine strategies based on feedback and insights to optimize future event initiatives.

• Solid experience in event marketing
• Ability to think strategically and to manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
•Master’s degree in a related field, preferred
•Experience with event and/or marketing platforms including Rainfocus, CVENT, Airtable, Marketo, etc. preferred
