Responsibilities:

• Work with Resource Management technology to define and deliver an improved platform

• Oversee daily activities from a business lens, own prioritization of new requirements, and provide tracking

• Review and redesign the end-to-end operating model to ensure optimal processes/procedures

• Automate and enhance controls framework

• Lead strong governance and controls

• Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

• Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics

• Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation

• Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Operations Technology

• Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you

• Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• Contributes to formulation of strategies for IT project leadership and other functional areas

• Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through responsibility for delivery of end results and shared responsibility for budget management; accountable for resource planning

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated working knowledge of liquidity, collateral, and technology and how they work together.

• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Consistently demonstrate tight controls, governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, testing, etc.

• Understanding of Agile Practices inclusive of managing Backlogs and ever-changing Sprint directives

• Ability to communicate and explain complex stress scenarios when called upon to our development teams.

• Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in product development, and knowledge of various analytical tools

• Comfortable with performing data investigations that require a high degree of accuracy with tight timescales

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
